Discovered Trojan virus for Windows Mobile

Manufacturer McAfee antivirus software announced that the Trojans found a new pocket computer to Windows Mobile-based, which disables the system Windows Mobile security feature when installing applications. WinCE / InfoJack sends a serial number and information about the operating system creator of the Trojan infected device. Also infected mobile device becomes vulnerable, as authorized by the installation of malicious software by default. Troyan security system modifies the infected device in a way that the PDA or smartphone establish different applications without warning that the owner of the device.

Troyan was within several "legitimate" installation files and managed to spread widely. The virus is transmitted through Google Maps, applications to the Stock Exchange and through some games. WinCE / InfoJack created a special website, which is probably hired someone to create a Trojan and distribution to other sites. The head of the web site claims that the software was designed to collect information on the types of mobile devices used to access the site. This would be easier to believe if they notify the user before installing or allow the deinstallation. Fortunately, the web site of malware is no longer valid, in part because the Chinese law enforcement authorities investigate after the Trojans was found in the country.
