Гумористи попереднього покоління в репі не розбиралися абсолютно, чому, стосуючись теми, зводили всі до блазеньського кривляння, здатного посмішити тільки їх немолоду аудиторію, таку ж неврубную. Покоління КВН і "Comedy" жартувало над репперамі не в приклад веселіше і розумніше - не все, але як правило. Позначилося зростання популярності, та і самі ці жартівники були молодші і більш в темі. Наступний крок в зближенні жанрів - один з найпопулярніших коміків сьогоднішньої сцени, та і взагалі затребуваний публічний персонаж, узявся записати реп-альбом. І відразу подвійний.

До пластинки Павла Волі "Респект і уважуха" важливо відразу знайти правильний підхід. Не чекати від неї більше, ніж вона може вам дати, але і не кривитися заздалегідь. Вірно, заявися з таким матеріалом "серйозний" реппер, ми погнали б його ссанимі ганчірками. Але ж всім, як би, зрозуміло, що Воля насамперед комік, артист розмовного жанру, не зобов'язаний відповідати репперським стереотипам і навіть активно не охочий цього робити. Він просто відмінний чувак, дійсно талановитий, якому цікаво пробувати себе в різних областях.

Він не дилетант в репі, і не неумеха: просто для Волі пріорітетней донести в тексті інформацію (наприклад, смішно пожартувати), ніж збудувати склади в якійсь хитромудрій послідовності. При цьому людина абсолютно в предметі. Людині цікава ця музика, а даний альбом не дрібниця пересиченого удачника; він ці треки починав писати ще давним давно на знімній квартирі, читай - в іншому житті. Це все очевидні речі, це все заздалегідь можна було передбачити, але раптом хтось чекав від Павла останніх тенденцій?

Проте. Проте, хоча і нічого соромливого записом цього альбому Павло не зробив, але і якихось шедевральних треків не створив, та і просто добротних, інтересних речей на "Респекті і уважухе" зовсім небагато. Диск, повернемося до цього, подвійний, але не від надлишку пісень. Просто спочатку він збудований як якесь розважальне шоу, з достатком скитів і всяких жартиків (що цілком за канонами хип-хопа), з появою добре всім знайомих персонажів типу Мартіросяна і Галустяна. Але п'ять реміксов на самих себе - це все-таки забагато. Ясно, що хотілося умістити все, і той же "Офігенно" у версії "Охуєнно" звучить на порядок живіше і азартніше - хоч би тому що так органічніше. Проте.

Проте на користь це не пішло, і діставшись до останніх треків другого CD, ти вже не пам'ятаєш, що ж було на першому. Ряд треків відверто прохідні, при цьому в розряд помітних хітів можна занести тільки добре всім знайомі "Шоу-біз" і "Офігенно". Плюс націонал-патріотичний сонг "Наша Russia". Зате деякі номери надзвичайно веселі: "Просунуті міста", "Барвіха". Замало? Замало. Його музиканти (а живе звучання тут обичоє справа) грати уміють, рамками реп-формата обмежуватися категорично не бажають, тому і грають все, що Бог на душу покладе. Добре грають, розкуто, пробують, шукають. Фанк "Здрастуйте", реггатон "Барвіха", ремікс на "Мамі!" - взагалі такий інді-денс в стилі "медчестера" або яких-небудь New Order. В цілому несоромно.

Коли Воля юморіт, він крутий. "Якщо ти хочеш продавати чотири диски в рік, звичайно краще реп". Але оповідні треки, треки-роздуми, спроби рефлексувати - все це виходить у нього відчутно гірше. Узяти послухати "Респект і уважуху" у сусідки ясно можна. Купувати самому - точно немає. До речі, Светлаков з "Наша Russia" говорить на альбомі про альбом так: "Та не може це говно коштувати 500 рублів!" Як думаєте, жартує?
